In 1990, Kristin received her BBA in Business Management from Angelo State University, San Angelo, Texas.

In 2004, she received her MA in Communications Systems Management from Angelo State University, San Angelo, Texas where she currently teaches as a Lecturer in Communication. Her course load includes public speaking, desktop publishing, and graphics, layout & design.

Kristin has over ten years of experience in the Telecommunications industry working as a computer technician and later as an AIX Systems Administrator for Verizon (formerly GTE).

Kristin served on the board of the Humane Society of Tom Green County for three years and has taken care of a feral cat colony for five years. Additionally, she created and maintains the website for the Humane Society.

Kristin holds a certification as a Personal Trainer and Clinical Exercise Specialist from ACE (American Council of Exercise). She created the original websites for Get Healthy Texas and the Let's Eat websites for Community Hospital.

Kristin is in the process of creating websites for Neil Snipes Counseling Services and Jazz Concho, San Angelo's local Jazz Band.
